The Building Maintenance Department provides the following services to Ben Hill County Residents:
- Maintain all county buildings and grounds
- Daily inspection of the quality of county owned wells and water supply
- In code enforcement, this office enforces county ordinances not handled by the Sheriff's Office, i.e. illegal dumping, abandoned or junked cars, old appliances, etc.
